Jake was out in the barn fixing up something. He at some point had peeled off his shirt and was just finishing up. He was sweaty, and had grease smudged along his face and chest. He picked up his shirt and used it to wipe the sweat from his face and forehead. He'd settled in nicely with Jace around and they were starting to get closer. He was enjoying her company.

1. A muse that your muse could conceivably date.
2. A muse that your muse could conceivably hate.
3. A muse that your muse could do business with.
4. A muse that your muse could hang out with in a bar.

Talk about the reasons why.

1. Jake is a sweet guy, your typical proper raised Southern boy. He likes a girl that can handle that and won't change who he is. I can see him dating someone like Jess Moore smurfy_huntress. She's fun to be around, knows how to laugh and isn't the weak girl. He'd like that. note: the fact he looks like Sam? Has no bearing other then it is amusing lol

2. Jake finds it hard to hate someone. He's always willing to give a second chances. So it's hard to list this. They'd have to hurt his family to be hated.

3. Someone he could do business with is hard too. He's a farmer and not much other then that. He helps Jace take care of her son for the most part. He might talk to someone like _call_me_snake_ seeing as he does know about horses as well.

4. Jake doesn't drink much, but he does go out. I can see him going out drinking and meeting up with Sam Winchester demonhunter_sam. It'd be nice guys drinking for cracktastic fun of them staring at the other. Jake might think it was his brother at first but would right away see it's not.

I'll be god damned. My brother is happy again finally.

He had time now, Bobby Ray being there and working his ass off helped a lot, as well as Jake broke down and let Charlie help out a lot more, which meant things got done faster. What does a guy do then? He takes his wife their special spot.


He had a basket of stuff he made and smiled when he saw you.

"I'm kidnapping you Charlie."

Things have calmed. Time to spend time with the wife.

He oddly wasn't in the mood to do work on the farm that day and he told Lizziebeth and Bobby Ray they had the day off as well. The farm was just going to have to wait, maybe he realized how much time he was spending working he didn't know.

He was in the stables then getting his horse ready to go riding.
